Email notification

If in your preferences you uncheck "Send me an email also for minor edits of pages" then changes in this page will be marked minor unless it is a change in the status of a bird like a new entry, a re-sighting. Other changes like archiving old sightings will be marked minor so you won't get emails for changes you really don't want. Tim Whitehouse 17:15, 5 January 2006 (CST)

Marking edits as minor

Any change in a sighting status should not be marked as minor so it will trigger email notifications. Other changes such as formatting, corrections, and archiving old sightings should be marked as minor. Tim Whitehouse 08:04, 22 January 2006 (CST)
